The Smartmi brand, part of the Xiaomi ecosystem, has just launched a new version of the Smart Toilet Covers previously released. The toilet seat presented today is called Smart Toilet Cover Heater Edition and, as the name suggests, differs from its predecessor in the presence of a heating system.

The Smartmi Smart Toilet Cover Heater Edition will be sold in China with a retail price of 1599 yuan (204 €), while during the pre-sale period the price will drop to 1.299 yuan (165 €).
Compared to the previous generation of Smartmi's toilet seat, the new product has received seven upgrades including hot air drying, bubble water scrubbing and a 5 year warranty.
Going into detail, the Smart Toilet Cover Heater Edition adds the hot air drying function, for a four-speed hot air adjustment from strong to weak, an automatic drying of residual water stains and therefore having an experience more comfortable after washing with water.
To ensure that the rinse water is clean enough, the smart toilet seat uses an instant water supply, with a dual nozzle cleaning design and a front PP cotton filter. This PP cotton filter is able to filter impurities in water up to 20μm to meet the needs of those who want more sanitary and clean filtered water than bathroom water.
We also have a mixed air technology that forms soft water bubbles, improving the washing power and making its use more comfortable. While thanks to the possibility of adjusting the temperature of the seat to 4 powers, we will no longer have to fear the winter cold. Also, when not used for a long time, the seat temperature adjustment system automatically enters a low-power standby state to avoid wasting electricity.
Finally, from the point of view of cleaning, we have a nozzle with a double self-cleaning function. When you flush the toilet, a stream of water will completely clean the nozzle; while after getting up, ultraviolet rays will effectively eliminate the bacteria on the nozzle for a sterilization rate that can reach 99%.
