Vivo is one of the most innovative companies in the smartphone and tablet industry. After launching the X100 series, which includes templates X100 and X100 Pro with the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 processor, the company is preparing to present its new high-end tablet: the VivoPad 3.
The specifications of the Vivo Pad 3 have leaked: the tablet with MediaTek Dimensity 9300 processor
According to a well-known Chinese leakster, Digital Chat Station, the Pad 3 will be equipped with the same processor as the two smartphones, namely the MediaTek Dimensity 9300. It is an octa-core chipset with a maximum frequency of 3 GHz, which supports the 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2. The processor is also capable of handling screens with a refresh rate up to 144 Hz and a resolution of up to QHD+.
The Vivo Pad 3 will be the direct successor to the Vivo Pad 2, which was launched with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor earlier this year. The Vivo Pad 2 had an 11-inch screen with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels, an 8000 mAh battery with 45W fast charging, a 13 MP rear camera and an 8 MP front camera, and an internal memory of 128 or 256 GB expandable via microSD. The tablet was available in two variants: one with 6 GB of RAM and one with 8 GB of RAM.
The other specifications of the Vivo Pad 3 are not yet known, but it is assumed that the tablet may have superior features to those of its predecessor. The design of the tablet could be inspired by that of the X100 series, which features a metal and glass body and a circular camera module.
Pad 3 could be announced alongside the Vivo X100 Ultra, the most advanced model of the X100 series, which should be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. The Vivo X100 Ultra is expected in April 2024, so it is possible that the Vivo Pad 3 will also be presented in the same period. Vivo may also unveil other innovative products, such as the Vivo X Fold 3 and Vivo X Flip 2, which will be its first foldable smartphones.
