Vivo is preparing to launch the upcoming Vivo X Fold 3, X Fold 3 Pro and Pad 3

Living, one of the main Chinese smartphone manufacturers, is about to present to the public its new range of foldable devices and its third generation tablet. According to some rumors, the series Vivo X Fold 3 will include two models, the Vivo X Fold 3 and the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro, which will differ in processor, design and functionality. Furthermore, the company is also expected to reveal the VivoPad 3, a tablet with a large screen and a MediaTek processor.

The specifications of Vivo's new foldable smartphones have been revealed by a well-known Chinese leaker, Digital Chat Station, who shared some interesting details about the devices. The Vivo X Fold 3 Pro, the most advanced model, should be one of the first foldable smartphones to feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, the most powerful of the American house. The device would also have one LTPO internal screen with 2K resolution e 120 Hz refresh rate, and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner integrated into both displays. The rear camera would be made up of three sensors, including one 50MP main lens with optical image stabilization, a periscope telephoto lens and probably a ultra-wide angle lens. The Vivo X Fold 3 Pro would also support one 100W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging.

Il Vivo X Fold 3, on the other hand, would be a cheaper version of the foldable, with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, which still offers excellent performance. The other features of the device have not yet been revealed, but it is assumed that it will have a similar screen to that of the Pro model, but with a lower resolution. The design of the Vivo X Fold 3 is expected to be thinner and lighter than that of the Vivo X Fold 2, the company's previous foldable smartphone.

In addition to the X Series Fold 3, Vivo is also expected to launch its new tablet, the VivoPad 3, which will succeed the Vivo Pad 2 presented in April. The tablet would have a processor MediaTek Dimensity 9300, which guarantees good performance and 5G connectivity. The Vivo Pad 3 could deliver too two screen options, one OLED and one LCD, with a larger size than the Vivo Pad 2, which had a IPS LCD display from 12,1 in with 144 Hz refresh rate.

Vivo's new devices are expected in the first quarter of 2024, probably in March or April.
