In recent years, the world of telephony has brought devices with increasingly larger screens, but large screens affect their portability, so foldables have come into play.

At the moment, folding screen solutions are generally divided into two types, one is folding, as with the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 and the other is clamshell, as with the Galaxy Z Flip3.
At present, the folding screens launched by Chinese brands such as Xiaomi and Huawei all adopt the first solution, while the second solution has far fewer models on the market.
Well, today the well-known Chinese blogger Digital Chat Station broke the news that Xiaomi is testing a folding screen device, similar to the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 mentioned earlier.
Another clamshell folding screen device is Motorola's Razr Blade 5G, with the foldable screen of this solution being smaller in size and even easier to carry in the folded state, although in many respects it is not as premium as it is. Samsung's Galaxy Z Flip3.
It is worth noting that the prices of foldables are generally high and most of the configurations are high-end. Therefore, Xiaomi's new folding screen device is expected to arrive with a flagship configuration. We are therefore talking about an OLED screen with a high refresh rate, a flagship processor most likely produced by Qualcomm and true flagship specifications should not be missing such as fast charging which on Xiaomi devices has already reached the incredible power of 120W.
Now we just have to wait for further details from here to the official presentation for one of those very interesting products in our opinion.
