Xiaomi has also launched into this market, with excellent results and now adds to its catalog a new version of the famous AirDots Pro, now in the second generation, presented on a global scale about a month ago.
The new version should take the name of Xiaomi Mi AirDots Pro SE, which in terms of the design of the individual headphones should not differ from what we already know while the charging case will be completely renewed. According to the leaked information, the new TWS earphones should guarantee autonomy with a single charge of about 5 hours, reaching 20 hours thanks to the case, which offers 4 full refills.
As mentioned before, the headphones do not differ from the generations we already know, if not from the point of view of autonomy. There are two microphones to passively eliminate background noise during calls while the smart functions can be set via the dedicated app, which on devices with MIUI ROM can also offer the pop up function so loved by Apple fan boys. as well as a built-in large 14,2mm voice coil supporting AAC codec, the one-touch ability to control calls and music playback.
Xiaomi Mi AirDots Pro SE, greater autonomy at a lower price
Mi AirDots Pro SE offers a significantly slimmer and functional charging case, facilitating the removal / insertion of the headphones inside, as well as being more comfortable and less angular to keep in your pocket. Unfortunately we do not have technical data relating to battery, but from the first rumors, greater autonomy is guaranteed compared to previous generations as well as compared to rivals of the same market range, but at a much more interesting price.
In fact, the Xiaomi Mi AirDots Pro SE will be sold in China at a price of 169 yuan, or about 22 euros at the current exchange rate, starting from May 19 pv. The new headphones will probably also officially arrive on the global market.
