Earlier this year Xiaomi Mi MIX 4 was confirmed by CEO Lei Jun. It will be a flagship smartphone of the company but above all the first model with one folding screen to be marketed. The premiere is expected only in the second half of the year, but it seems that the first prototype has already shown in the first shots. What we are going to show you are some photos that portray a real one folding Xiaomi which, without a doubt, is part of the MIX series. Let's go and see them together.

Unfortunately the alleged Xiaomi Mi MIX 4 in the photo it is shown only from the rear panel, but in terms of the aspect ratio of the "halves" you can imagine it to be more similar to the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 than the Huawei Mate X2. We have already talked about it in this article. The rear panel, the only one we see, is lined with glass and the photo module is formed by itself three sensors which protrude considerably from the body. Clearly the MIX series device that will be released on the market will differ from this model since such a module is easy to break.
The Xiaomi Mi MIX 4 will clearly be built on one Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 platform and that's probably all that can be said about its specs at the moment. There is no doubt, in any case, that the smartphone will receive high-end cameras and hardware. In the last photo we also notice a metal support. This is probably a kind of mold, a pedestal, on which the device must be opened and closed when testing.
The images we see have no watermark (we have not cropped it) and are not owned by anyone. We have reason to believe that be it really the Mi MIX 4 and therefore of the next brochure of the company.
