Well, today the standard version of the Mi Recorder 2 dash cam was released at the price of 299 yuan, about 38 euros at the current exchange rate, therefore slightly cheaper.

The new product is more compact and has a square design compared to the rectangular one of the 2K version, with a side length of only 7 cm. The recording resolution drops to 1080P and the screen is also reduced to 2,0 inches diagonal
The standard version of the Mi Recorder 2 uses a 1 / 2,9-inch image sensor and is equipped with a wide focal aperture of F / 2.0 to obtain high-quality images in low-light environments. At the same time, it has a 130 degree ultra wide angle lens which can cover three lanes and reduce blind spots when shooting.
The Xiaomi Mi Recorder 2 Standard Edition supports intelligent voice control, so there is no need to activate the recording manually. In fact, it will be possible to directly give the voice command “I want to take a photo or I want to record a video” to take a photo or record a video and save it in the internal memory.
At the same time, through Mijia's dedicated app, users can connect to the dash cam for real-time image viewing, image playback and download.
