Not long ago, Xiaomi Mi TV general manager and air conditioners segment, Xiao Shuang, announced on Weibo that new Xiaomi TVs will be presented this month. A few days ago instead, a teaser published by Xiaomi herself gave us an appointment for the 23 April, a date in which there will be a spring conference with many new products that will see the light of the sun.
The theme of the conference to be held in Beijing is "Two-sided art", followed by a small summary "More exciting than just one face, and always beautiful to see".
New Xiaomi Mi TV will be presented on April 23, here are the first teasers
Ever since, the features taken into consideration when buying a TV have been the diagonal of the screen, the thickness and in some cases the design of the stand, there has never been much focus on the back of the TV. Xiaomi's message seems to suggest instead that the brand will emphasize the aesthetics of the back of the TV. Now it's not clear how, but we'll soon find out.
Returning to today instead, Xiaomi has published another teaser with the photo of their iconic remote control and the words “In September of the 2013, Xiaomi brought the first minimal and innovative remote control to the market. This time there will be another evolution "
The Chinese users who follow the brand have therefore put forward hypotheses. The most realistic is the one that suggests the presence of a new voice control system with the help of artificial intelligence. This without even needing to use the remote control as a microphone, but "talking" directly to the TV.
Another theory is that which gives the next TV even without the remote control itself and therefore controlled only by voice, but this seems to us much less likely.
In any case, as we said previously, the presentation has already been made official for the 23 April, so in less than a week we will discover all the details.
Would any of you be interested in a new Xiaomi TV? Always assuming that the brand decides to take them to our country.
honestly, they should focus on disclosing the internal features: VA or IPS, contrast, brightness, HDR, input lag, edge, full or Direct Led, how many dimming zones etc. etc. Instead of the 43 ″ inch TV I 4A we know almost nothing, only that it has Android. I understand that they did it last with VA panel and the successor did it with IPS panel and it seems that the IPS was better. Too bad, because I would be willing to buy a xiaomi tv if only they gave more features.
