The long-awaited Xiaomi Mi Watch Lite that we have been talking about for several months seems closer than expected. According to the site GizmoChina in fact, the smartwatch could be presented on 10 December, or tomorrow, at a price of less than $ 60, to be precise about $ 50, therefore about 42 euros.

As we learned in previous weeks, the FCC-certified wearable would be a rebrand of the Redmi Watch already presented in China.
We expect to see very similar, if not completely identical specs to the brand's cheapest smartwatch. This means that we will find a 1,44-inch display with 2.5D curved glass, of pixels of 323PPI and a heart rate sensor with 30-day tracking that will notify us of sudden changes and therefore possible cardiac anomalies.
The Xiaomi Mi Watch Lite will also be an excellent training companion for those who practice sports thanks to its waterproofness up to 50ATM and the presence of 7 sports modes including that for indoor swimming. It will therefore be able to keep track of strokes and much more, making it very useful for those who practice swimming. The smartwatch also has a high-precision six-axis sensor integrated with a motion algorithm and features such as sleep tracking and sedentary tracking.
The Chinese version does not lack the NFC chip to be able to make electronic payments and much more. That said, it is still unclear if the Global version will integrate the NFC chip and given the Xiaomi tradition, we may not even see it on this wearable. The autonomy will be about 7 days and you can get to 12 in standby mode.
Finally, as regards prices, the Redmi Watch has a list price of 299 yuan, or about 38 euros, in China. While as previously mentioned Xiaomi's Mi Watch Lite could cost a few euros more.
