The Pad 7 Pro, in fact, appeared on the website of the Chinese organization 3C with the model number 24018RPACC, the same as it was also certified by HDR Vivid, an organization that evaluates the quality of displays with high dynamic range (HDR) support. This suggests that Xiaomi's tablet will boast a screen with a richer and more vibrant visual rendering.
According to rumors, the Pad 7 Pro will have a 10 LCD display with a high resolution of 1480 x 2367 pixels and a fast refresh rate of 144Hz. It will be powered by the mighty Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, last year's high-end chip. Like its predecessor, the Pad 7 Pro could deliver up to 12 GB of RAM and a maximum of 512 GB of internal storage.
The tablet is expected to run Android 14, augmented with HyperOS, Xiaomi's customized interface. On the back, it could sport a dual 50 megapixel camera, while for audio, it could be equipped with a four-speaker system. A large 10000mAh battery should guarantee excellent autonomy.
Xiaomi plans to introduce the Pad 7 and Pad 7 Pro at a launch event scheduled for April 2024. These tablets are expected to debut alongside the Xiaomi 14Ultra, the new flagship smartphone from the Chinese company.
