The specifications of the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro have leaked, it could arrive together with the Pad 7 Max

As we know, Xiaomi is one of the most active companies in the tablet industry, offering quality devices at affordable prices. Well, after the success of Pad 6 Pro, launched in April last year, the Chinese giant is reportedly working on its successor, the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro, which promises to be a very interesting high-end tablet.

The specifications of the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro have leaked, the Pad 7 Max could also arrive

The specifications of the Pad 7 Pro have been revealed by a well-known leaker, Digital Chat Station, who shared the information on Weibo, the popular Chinese social network. According to the leaker, the Pad 7 Pro will be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, the latest generation chip produced with 4 nanometer lithography, which will guarantee excellent performance and low energy consumption.

The display of the Pad 7 Pro will be larger in size than the Pad 6 Pro, which had an 11-inch screen. The leaker did not specify the exact measurements, but added that the panel will be LCD type and will support a refresh rate of 144 Hz, for exceptional fluidity and responsiveness. The tablet's design will also be improved, with thinner edges and a rear camera module inspired by the Xiaomi 14 series, which includes a wide-angle lens and one for depth of field detection.

The operating system of the Pad 7 Pro will be based on Android 14, with custom user interface HyperOS, optimized for the tablet. The leaker also revealed that the device will have a battery from 10.000 mAh, with support to the quick charge from 120 W, and four speakers with Dolby Atmos technology, for a quality audio experience.

But the Pad 7 Pro will not be the only tablet coming from Xiaomi. The company is also reportedly preparing a model with OLED screen, which could be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, Qualcomm's latest chip, unveiled in December. This model could be the Hall 7 Max, which is expected to debut in the third quarter of 2024.

Xiaomi has not yet officially confirmed the existence of the new tablets, but according to some rumors, the launch could coincide with that of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, the company's next flagship smartphone.
