After many rumors and turns of words, the vice president of Xiaomi Group and general manager of the Redmi brand, Lu Weibing, has officially announced the date of presentation of the next Redmi 7, which surprise a few, will be the 18 March. So along with the long-awaited Redmi Note 7 Pro previously unveiled in India but still unofficial on Chinese territory.
As we can see in the poster of the cover image, the Xiaomi Redmi 7 will arrive with a very similar design, if not identical, to the Redmi Note 7 / Note 7 Pro. We will have a back cover with mirror effect in different colors that include black, blue and red. As for the material it is rather difficult to understand whether it is high quality plastic or glass Corning Gorilla Glass as on the Redmi Note 7, having to cut somewhere we expect to find the first option.

On the back we have a photographic compartment that includes two 12MP and 8MP resolution sensors (according to the rumors), while in the central part we find the fingerprint reader, just like on the 7 Note.
Moving on to the front, we notice the presence of a drop notch inside which we suspect there is an 8MP camera. On the other hand, the fairly large 6,26-inch screen will have an HD + resolution, then 1520 × 720, and an aspect ratio of 19: 9.

In addition to the specifications just mentioned that seem to be quite certain, we have others that are still highly probable. Starting from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 processor with a clock of 1,8Ghz, from the 2GB to the 4GB of RAM, a maximum of 64GB of external memory expandable through the microSD slot and a capacious 4000mAh battery.
Finally, as regards the price, the president of Xiaomi, Lei Jun, revealed a few hours ago that the Redmi 7 could cost between 700 and 800 Yuan. But as we said in this post, we suspect it is closer to the last digit and to be precise 799 Yuan, or 105 euro.
