It is a photographic lens for smartphones. Before seeing it, it is interesting to remember how up to now on any device sensors from third-party companies such as Samsung, Sony and so on. The goal of the Chinese company is to disengage from any other company and produce everything you need for a smartphone at home. Some time ago the same Lei Jun spoke of devices "all Chinese"and "national devices“: He was referring precisely to this. But let's see what the telescopic sensor.

In this short 30-second clip the brand shows us what a Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro prototype equipped with the new telescopic sensor. This smartphone looks similar to an old one patent disclosed by LetsGoDigitala huge back hole (single) inside which the camera is housed. As you can see, when the camera app is opened, the sensor comes out of the body by a few cm. It is composed of two cylinders placed one inside the other, inside which the different lenses are present. The features of this camera are two: infinity e macro. The effect they give is different relative to the gradation we give them. Basically with a single sensor it is possible take macro shots and shots that focus only on the background environment.

In technical terms this sensor allows you to capture 300% more light compared to the best telescopic sensor on the market currently. This benefits the quality of the shots with a consequent 20% more clarity. At the moment it is not known which smartphone will be equipped with this technology, but why not dream?
