We don't even know how she will be made to be honest, even if one we would have half an idea. But if we told you that the Chinese giant is preparing a proprietary solution very similar to Amazfit X? We discovered it inside the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA). Let's go and see the details since the sketches of the project are present.
We discovered that Xiaomi is thinking of an Amazfit X-style smartband: enveloping design and curved screen. Other than Mi Band 7!
Going for a search inside the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), we discovered the existence of a patent. It is the patent of a new one smartband which, certainly, will not debut together with the Mi Band 7. The latter in fact is undoubtedly about to come out (by the end of the year); however, the fact that we are talking about a patent in reference to the second smartband, does not portend an imminent release. In any case, the patent with number CN307140872S looks like a heir of Amazfit X, the famous Huami smartband with a curved screen.
As we can see, Xiaomi's smartband similar to the Amazfit X comes with a "full screen" design. In reality, we see that it is not completely covered by the display: the front (as far as we can talk about the front and back) is occupied by a wraparound curved display; the back instead contains the strap. This is snap-on, so it opens and closes differently from Xiaomi's Mi Band smartbands.
Unfortunately, there is no information on the launch date and price in the patent. However, we can think this will be one of the products that Xiaomi will launch in all respects. Amazfit X did not have the expected success, perhaps precisely because it is owned by Huami. However, the Xiaomi name brings with it a much wider user base than that of the now Zepp Health.
