A couple of days ago, for the forecast the 24 April, Xiaomi India presented the new Redmi Y3 and Redmi 7. Today, the general manager of Xiaomi for the Asian country has instead revealed that a much more powerful device is always arriving in India.
How much more efficient? Well, it's hard to say now because we still don't know for sure which CPU will equip, but Manu Kumar Jain's post suggests a Snapdragon 700 series processor, so undoubtedly something above average.

Going into detail, Manu shared a photo of himself alongside Rajen Vagadia and Kedar, president and general manager of Qualcomm India respectively. Adding that “Xiaomi and Qualcomm have always worked together. Extraordinary News: A new Xiaomi device with the latest Snapdragon 7__ (announced two weeks ago) is about to arrive in India in between poco! "
Despite the fact that the general manager has not specified which processor it is, the truth is that there are only two options. Two weeks ago both the Snapdragon 730 and the 730G were presented; the latter has about 15% more performance in video games, hence the "gaming" G.

Having said that, we suspect that the device arrives with the Snapdragon 730 to cut prices a little more in a market, the Indian one, where the specific / price ratio is perhaps the most important feature of all.
Now that we know at least one of the fundamental components of the smartphone, we can only hypothesize what it is. Many suggest that Manu is talking about the next Xiaomi Mi A3, a highly anticipated device that could be launched soon enough.
We repeat, however, that these are speculations and that in reality it could also be a new Redmi or why not, a Xiaomi Mi 9 SE a little more perfomant.
