Xiaomi really cares about cleaning the house, or so it would seem if we go to see all the gadgets of this category presented of recent times. As some of you have already understood from the title, today we are talking about a new wireless electric broom now on sale on Xiaomi's crowdfunding platform.
The Yijie Wireless Hand-Held Sweeper, this is how it is called, can be used to clean floors without pulling dust, absorbing electrostaticity and has a long autonomy.

Before going into detail, let's see why a broom like this is useful. Let's start with the fact that using a normal broom inevitably produces dust in the air, the worst thing is that then these particles are practically invisible and therefore we breathe them without even realizing it.
As we said before, the Xiaomi Yijie Wireless Hand-Held Sweeper does not have this problem as it uses rotating brushes with a spiral design, while the main brush has a V shape, which forces the dust inside the broom.
The speed of the main brush can be up to 1300 revolutions per minute, with all the dirt going directly into the removable container.
Furthermore, there is a thick material (not braided) covered with an electrostatic substance which therefore attracts all dust particles and other small fragments that a normal broom would not capture. The material is then biodegradable and can be disposed of safely after use.
The electric broom can rotate both to the left and to the right, while in the lower part we find the container with all the accumulated dirt that can be opened by pressing a button. There is also an LED indicator that lights up blue during use, intermittent blue when the battery is low, red when recharged and blue again when recharged.
The dimensions of the Yijie Wireless Hand-Held Sweeper are 270mm * 170mm with a total weight of less than a kilo, while the internal 2000mAh battery allows two hours of battery life.
The new electric broom is now in the crowdfunding campaign on the Xiaomi site for the price of 99 Yuan, or about 13 €.
