The YESOUL brand belonging to the Xiaomi ecosystem is mainly, if not exclusively, dedicated to the production of sports machinery, such as the entry-level exercise bike Wild Beast M3 presented at the end of 2018 and the most premium YESOUL Beast V1-Plus that we will see today.
YESOUL Beast V1-Plus: Exercise bike with 19,5 ″ screen presented in China
The YESOUL Beast V1-Plus is in fact an exercise bike for people who are really willing to see results, or at least so hopefully given that it costs 9999 Yuan, or more than 1300 euros.
So let's start from the strength, which as we can already guess from the images above resides in the front display. The static bicycle in fact adopts a large screen, we are talking about 19,5 inches diagonal, attached to the handle through an extension that distances it more from the face. This display acts primarily as a tablet with a touchscreen and can be used for watching video lessons, sports events and more. Now, we don't know if there is compatibility with more common applications outside of China like Youtube, but with that screen it would be a real shame not to have it.
In any case, as regards the lessons, YESOUL states that there will be live lessons every morning, evening and at midnight, with always different contents. If you don't want to train with the live lesson, you can choose from over 3000 lessons already available. As if that were not enough, during the lessons there are also suggestions on the screen so as to make even the less practical understand how to train and with what intensity.
Returning to the hardware itself, the exercise bike has a professional design and measures 145cm in length, 53cm in width and 130cm in height, for a total area of 0,7 square meters. Finally, the YESOUL Beast V1-Plus adopts a new system of magnetic resistors, instead of the typical friction pads, which together with the belt ensure a silent experience.
