The news comes like a bolt from the blue: YouTube Vanced ceases to exist. Anyone who loves watching video content on Google's official YT channel will know that there is no way to use the service without dealer. Or rather, there is a way: by paying for the subscription. However, this platform being fundamentally born free, many don't fit in and for this reason the team of vancedapp developed a clone of the app, but without advertising. To which unfortunately we should say goodbye.

YouTube Vanced is, or rather it was, a streaming platform through and through identical to YouTube. However, the main difference with the latter is that it provided for the viewing of multimedia content in an ads free way, i.e. without any advertising. Unfortunately, however, how announced by the team poco ago, the service will go to die. Unfortunately the causes are not known, but according to the words of the staff it was one thing "they had to do ". Suppose they stumbled upon legal problems. It was a matter of time, all things considered.

Vanced was discontinued. In the next few days, the download links on the website will be removed. We know it's not something you wanted to hear, but it's something we have to do. Thank you all for supporting us over the years.
The versions currently installed will work perfectly, until they become obsolete in about 2 years.
As you can read, the support will end but the versions currently in use and installed on our devices they will continue to work. The fact is that between two years, they will become obsolete. This means that our device, if it is updated to Android 13 and later, will no longer support YouTube Vanced operation.
The best alternative to YouTube Vanced
Unfortunately, at the moment an excellent service like the one offered by Vancedapp up to now does not exist. But we can try to use NewPipe. What it offers is similar, but the quality is not the same. The only thing to do is wait for some other developer to create a port similar to YouTube Vanced.
