This is not a smartwatch but its replacement: the smart ring Amazfit Helium Ring. Amazfit Helio Ring: features and specifications
Unlike common smart rings focused on sleep monitoring for the general public, the Amazfit Helio Ring does is specifically aimed at athletes. This device stands out for its ability to provide detailed analyzes of mental and physical conditions, thanks to the unique precision that only a device worn on the finger can offer. Its versatility is evident in the possibility of being used both in combination with Amazfit smartwatches and independently, with data that, when combined, offers even deeper analysis through the Zepp app.
The Amazfit Helio Ring, designed with athletes in mind, is light and comfortable, eliminating any distractions to allow athletes to fully concentrate on their activities and recovery. Made in durable titanium alloy, suitable to withstand intense physical activities, this ring is also waterproof up to 10 ATM, resisting a pressure equivalent to 100 meters of water.

The strong point of the Amazfit Helio Ring is its ability to transform detailed health data into a score Readiness. By wearing the ring overnight, it monitors your heart rate, heart rate variability, breathing and body temperature. When you wake up, the Zepp app combines this data with your activities from the previous day to create your score Readiness, helping athletes decide whether to train hard or spend time recovering.
Furthermore, the Helio Ring offers comprehensive sleep and recovery monitoring, analyzing in detail the quality of sleep, its four phases and the quality of breathing during sleep. Also includes a EDA monitoring of emotions, monitoring physical signs such as sweaty hands, which can indicate emotional stress.
As for fitness features, the Helio Ring allows athletes to activate specific sport modes such as running, walking, cycling and treadmill directly from the Zepp app. Record activity metrics such as steps, Calories burned, heart rate and distance travelled, all recorded in the Zepp app for later analysis.

The ring uses the advanced algorithm PeakBeat to provide specialized training insights, such as VO2 Max, training load and training effect. It also assesses cardiovascular health by monitoring the time it takes for the heart rate to normalize in the three minutes post-exercise. It also delivers race performance predictions for distances ranging from 3KM to full marathon, allowing athletes to measure their performance against set goals.
Through the Zepp app, workout data can be shared with popular fitness apps such as Strava, adidas Running, komoot, relive, Google Fit e Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), Health. The Zepp Fitness membership offers detailed weekly and monthly fitness reports, and access to a AI chatbot focused on sport, enhancing the community aspect and providing a more complete fitness analysis.
Availability and exit
The Amazfit Helio Ring is not yet available for purchase. Its release is scheduled for the beginning of spring Part 2024, with Zepp Health announcing pricing closer to launch. The ring will be integrated into the company's evolving AI ecosystem, including a three month free trial period of the Zepp Aura rest and well-being service for first-time buyers.
