Xiaomi has already demonstrated on numerous occasions that it knows how to produce level products even outside the field of telephony. The latest addition to the company's line-up is an electric scooter, a direct successor to the electric bicycle presented a couple of months ago.
The battery capacity is excellent and guarantees 30 km of travel. In terms of design, the “Mimi small home electric scooter” (this is the name with which it was presented) adopts a minimalist design, with an aluminum alloy structure. Despite the LG 18650 battery, the weight of the vehicle is still relatively low (12,5 kg). In case you need it, the scooter can be folded, making transport by hand more efficient, and then it can be ready for use in about a minute. The vehicle is also equipped with ABS on both wheels, accompanied by a double disc braking system.
The connectivity options could not be missing: the smart features of the scooter allow you to connect it to a smartphone via the app, to conveniently monitor the battery charge and, more generally, the status. The electric scooter will be available starting December 15 at 10 am (GMT +7) at a price of 1999 yuan (about 275 euros). Sales will start online simultaneously on Mi Mall, Mi Home, Lynx and Jingdong Mall.
