Fitbit is now owned by Google but that didn't stop her from introducing new products. In fact, yesterday, the wearable giant decided to show three new generation wearables: Sense. 2, Verse 4 e Inspire 3. These are two smartwatches and a smartband with different features and with the usual Fitbit quality. The devices support a range of Google services but at the same time they last longer of the analogs running Wear OS.
Fitbit Sense 2, Versa 4 and Inspire 3 are Google's three new wearables. Two alike and one not - that's all there is to know
The Fitbit Sense 2 and Versa 4 models look almost identical - even the straps of one watch fit another. However, in terms of capacity, there are differences between the new products: Sense 2 has a new sensor Body Response able to constantly monitor the electrodermal activity (EDA). EDA scores are combined with heart rate, pulse type, and skin temperature data to provide a more accurate assessment of stress levels in the body. In case of increased level, the device will offer tips to calm down. In addition, the watch can assess the state of the body and advise users on the days when training will be most effective.
Both models support the "Sleep Profile" function, which allows you to get a more detailed analysis of sleep quality in 10 different indicators. There is also support for over 40 types of workouts. The watches performs a proprietary operating system, whose interface is reminiscent in many ways of the latest version of Wear OS. Declared support for contactless payment via Google Wallet, navigation via Google Maps and interaction with Google Assistant. In addition, they both offer a duration of six day battery and support fast charging, allowing you to get an extra day of use in 12 minutes.
The fitness tracker Inspire 3 lost the design with the detachable strap, as it was in the previous version. But a much more important change was the use of a color screen instead of black and white. The Fitbit Inspire 3 can measure your breathing rate, blood oxygen saturation level, and even skin temperature. The device can withstand submersion to a depth of 50 meters. The autonomy of the smartband is up to 10 days.
All wearables are already available for order on the official Fitbit website. The Versa 4 starts at $ 229.95, the Sense 2 starts from $ 299.95 and the Inspire 3 starts from $ 99.95.
