Perhaps we did not expect it so soon nor on Wednesday, but in these hours Xiaomi has released an update for owners of We 5S Plus!
Users who have the Mi 5S Plus with the Global Stable they will receive very soon, if they have not already received it, the notification of the OTA update to 8.2.2.0.
But the news is not so much the release of the update, as the fact that the update to Global Stable 8.2.2 take with you the Italian language for the first time on a stable for We 5S Plus!
As you can see from the image taken from the official site, the update will be very substantial as expected and if you don't want to wait for the notification directly on the Updater app, you can proceed with the manual download.
How to install the Global Stable 8.2.2 on the Mi 5S Plus
But let's see how to do it depending on the ROM on your Mi 5S Plus.
Global Stable
Just wait for the Updater app notification or connect to the following link and manually download the Full ROM (in .zip format) which you will then select from the Updater app options at the top right.
Any other official ROM with locked bootloader
Here you have two options:
- take advantage of the automatic tool without unlocking the bootloader Guide to using the automatic tool following the 'option 2, but we do not assure you that the transition to Global Stabile 8.2.2 is possible
- unlock the bootloader Guide to unlocking the bootloader. Once the bootloader is unlocked, you can choose whether to flash the ROM in the fastboot version from MiFlash or install the Full ROM from ZCX custom recovery How to install the ZCX.
