Today 27 March in Shanghai, the event will be held presentation of Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S, which according to information leaked so far will not revolutionize the design of the younger brother Mi Mix 2 but will overwhelm the hardware, adopting the most aggressive processor of the moment, the Snapdragon 845 but above all it will revolutionize the whole photographic sector thanks to the use of one double camera on the back e AI technology. And I want to emphasize that the Mi Mix 2S will not be revolutionary in terms of design, a feature that at this time seems to have really triggered leaked serial showing us a device with the adoption of the NOTCH typical of iPhone X, then move to a selfie camera set in a sort of touch up to approve the images that have revealed and silenced all the entries concerning design of the Mi Mix 2S, which will prove to be a real upgrade of the younger brother Mi Mix 2. But the presentation is about to begin and then we are ready to tell you all the highlights of the event, considering that Xiaomi could also amaze us with some twists.
There are only a few handfuls of minutes at the beginning yet the indiscretion of the last moment is not long in coming. Here is a picture that would confirm what was seen yesterday, namely a Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S with dual rear-view camera at traffic light.

Well everything is ready to start, and to break the ice we think the CEO of Xiaomi, Lei Jun who tells a little bit about the history of Mi Mix in general.
In 2017 the smartphone market experienced a growth of 96,9% and in the Chinese market alone this percentage is 57,7%. It took Xiaomi 7 years to become one of the leading companies in the sector, but the results are excellent so much so that last year, Lei Jun himself was elected vice president of the Chinese Quality Association in light of the quality that Xiaomi uses in its products. Xiaomi has won over 200 design-related awards and in the last year 5 Chinese OEM smartphones have won 8 national and international design awards, but of course there are also various products and gadgets that the company produces in collaboration with other companies .
And finally the top of the range awaited for a long time by all the fans and not by the Xiaomi brand is unveiled. Mi Mix 2S debuts on the scene more beautiful than ever, confirming thin bezels, fingerprint on the back and dual cameras. 5,99-inch display in 18: 9 Full HD + 2160 x 1080 resolution, 403 PPI, 1500: 1 contrast ratio and support for viewing HDR content.

Finally the function of rmulti-frame noise creation: every time we press the shutter button, multiple shots of the same subject will be made, while the technology will identify the image content, optimize the frames and finally synthesize the denoising.

Finally, here are some samples taken by the double camera of the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S, which also allows you to record videos with 4K resolution at 30 fps and shoot slowmotion at 720p 240 fps or 1080p 240 fps.
But the real novelty lies in the integrated AI technology, which allows very fantastic blurred effects (bokeh). But Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S also revolutionizes the hardware by adopting the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, becoming in effect the first Chinese smartphone to be equipped with this CPU, which totals over 270000 points in the AnTuTu test.
The SD845 CPU also has the Adreno 630 graphics chip (GPU) to 710 MHz which increases the graphics processor power by 30% and reduces the power consumption by 30%. This also translates in terms of performance related to AI performance, which in the case of Mi Mix 2S can recognize 27,3 images per second than iPhone X that only recognizes 12,5. Finally in a test with the game King Of Glory, Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S is much more optimized than iPhone X in terms of heat dissipation. From the photo taken with the thermal camera it seems that the Apple device is about to explode.
Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S will be the most powerful and performing phone ever thanks to the Snapdragon 845 CPU, 8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM memory and 256 GB of internal storage. Of course this implies that the supplied charger will have to be replaced by a separate accessory, but Xiaomi is keen to keep its prices competitive and so while Apple's wireless chargers cost about 498 yuan (about 64 euro) and those of Samsung even arrive at 528 yuan (about 68 euro), Xiaomi proposes its wireless charger at the price of 99 yuan (about 13 euro) and the fantastic thing is the fact that it will also support other devices such as iPhone X.

As a 2 Mi Mix owner I do not see important changes in the transition to 2s (as was foreseeable) but I am glad that they have implemented (with the same dimensions) a 4000mah battery.
Now I trust mi7 for the next upgrade that I hope will resume the design of the mix because this phone is really exceptional, once you try it you can not go back
