MIUI: call recording may return within the year

You will undoubtedly remember the unpleasant article in which the replacement of MIUI's native "Messages" and "Telephone" applications with those of the counterpart made in Google. One of the biggest controversies is that related to the privacy law: for what reason Google should adapt and the producers cone Xiaomi no? So why should I replace the excellent applications in question with those that are not native? A question that we ask many, but which will soon find an answer. In fact, it seems that the "Phone" app with its features will return, at least from what one moderator says Mi Community global.

The possibility of recording calls on MIUI could return with the native application "Telephone": bye bye Google Apps?

A few days ago, precisely on June 16, a user opened a thread on the I Community global saying that his new device Redmi Notes 9S did not have the ability to record calls. Maybe this user has lagged behind with the times since he is out of Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro that this change is taking place. But if it hadn't been for his naivety we wouldn't know now Xiaomi is working to resolve this problem. Problem that, because of the Google Apps, just prevents us (among other things) from recording calls.

miui call recording

Answering the user's question, the well-known moderator Mibatman confirmed that for reasons for privacy the feature is no longer usable; he went on to say that the Call recording function is being tested and that its exit could occur within the year. Excellent news for everyone who used this feature on their device. We do not know how the brand can overcome all that process of bureaucratic problems related to privacy but it seems that it can do it.

Despite Google has ensured that the function relating to rcall recording will be present in the future, many users (not only Xiaomi) ill digest their applications on their smartphones. The presence of Big G is getting bigger and bigger in the operating system of mobile devices and this is bringing the different brands to take action. There will be one "War" on the last application? We'll see. Meanwhile, we xiaomisti hope that ours MIUI reintegrate this function.

Meanwhile we remind you that the only way to take advantage of the feature in question is to flash Indian ROM, or install third-party apps. With all that follows.

Sou Xiaomi in anos. Mas agora me decepcionei ao comprar um Redmi Note 9 Pró. Não tem a função de gravar chamadas.

just a clarification, Mi9T / 730 has MiUi dialer so, I, I can record the calls (and they also come out very well)
it is from MI9T-PRO, that they started to put the Guugol dialer 😉 so, by default, they cannot record 🙁

Let's see the Redmi Note 7 again. Don't forget what you're talking about. Thích 5G nên đổi sang Mi 10T Lite 5G -> thiếu ghi âm cuộc gọi. Rất bực mình.

Mudei de aparelho and brand devido ao recurso da gravação de chamadas, tenho um poco fone and um S9 and foi retirada esta função. Muito insatisfeito com or aparelho. I don't indicate. Paguei caríssimo em um aparelho que além de não oferecer a função ainda bloqueia any attempt at instalação of app for attempt at amenizar minha frustração. GRITANTE ERRO !!!
