
Motorola recently expanded its smartwatch collection with the introduction of the Motorcycle Watch 40, which follows the launch of Moto Watch 70 and Moto Watch 200 of last year. The Moto Watch 40, designed to be a more compact and affordable option, aims to please a wide range of users with its versatile features and durable design.

The Moto Watch 40 offers one 1,57 inch curved LCD screen, which offers users over 85 watch face options to customize their look. The smartwatch case, made of zinc alloy, and the interchangeable silicone straps, available in Phantom Black and Rose Gold colors, guarantee durability and style. Furthermore, the device is IP67 certified, offering protection against dust and water, making it a reliable companion for everyday use.

On the software side, Motorola's new smartwatch works with Moto Watch OS, supporting notifications for a connected smartphone, even if it can't reply to messages or make calls directly from the watch. Despite this, the smartwatch boasts impressive health and activity tracking capabilities, including 24/7 heart rate and SpO2 monitoring, sleep and stress monitoring, all of which can be integrated with Google Fit for a complete health overview.
The device is equipped with a battery 240mAhwhich promises up to 10 days of battery life. The inclusion of fast charging technology allows for a full charge in just 25 minutes using the included two-pin magnetic charger.

The Watch 40 is now available in the US at price of 64,99 dollars (about 60 euros at the exchange rate), offering color choices between Phantom Black and Rose Gold. However, Motorola has not yet revealed pricing or availability details for other markets at this time. The Moto Watch 40 is therefore an interesting alternative for those looking for a quality smartwatch without spending a fortune.
