Redmi's general manager and vice-president of Xiaomi Group, Lu Weibing, continues to keep us up to date on the perhaps most important device for the brand that became independent last January.
This time it is the photographic sector, to be precise the rear one, of which we already have previously spoken and that should be confirmed in the following days. Let's go then to see those that, for the avoidance of errors, should be the first real photos taken by the future Redmi flagship store.
Redmi Flagship: Here are the first real photos taken by the device
Let's start with the first photo, which is that of the Xiaomi India offices. Lu Weibing is indeed in the Asian country almost certainly for the presentation of the Redmi Flagship that could take place next week. Not surprisingly, along with him there is also the co-founder and CEO of Xiaomi as we can see in the picture below.
In any case, the photo has a resolution of 4000 x 3000, then 12MP, but this does not mean that this is the total resolution of the image sensor. As some of you may know, the Sony IMX586 sensor from 48MP is able to combine four pixels to be able to capture more light and decrease noise in photos, reducing resolution to 12MP. In fact, in an indoor place like an office, it is very likely that this technology has been activated.
Moving on to the second photo, this one depicts Lei Jun with Manu Kumar Jain, the general manager of Xiaomi India, and the telescope given as a present from first to second as a tribute to the excellent results obtained by Manu in India.
Here too the photo has a resolution of 12MP, but as we said before it could always be the same sensor Sony IMX586 present on Redmi Note 7 Pro, Xiaomi Mi 9 and Mi 9 SE.
In fact, many give Redmi's incoming flagship with a configuration similar to that of the last device just mentioned, the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE. This means a trio of cameras with 48MP, 8MP and 13MP resolution, with the second supported by a telephoto lens and the third by an ultra wide-angle.
As for the selfies instead, in the camera with a pop-up mechanism we could find a sensor from 20MP, as we saw in the film leaked online a few days ago that had made us know the name of the device, Redmi K20 Pro, not yet denied.
The other main specifications already confirmed include a Snapdragon 855 processor, 3,5mm audio jack, NFC module and after the screenshot shared this morning always by Lu Weibing also fingerprint sensor under the screen and AMOLED display.
