After months of leaks, rumors and with the presentation already scheduled for the 28 May, today we can see for the first time the next Redmi K20 in all its beauty.
The image below was shared by the brand that became independent last January on the Chinese social media Weibo. This portrays the 2.0 flagship killer in Red, which will keep company with the Blue and Carbon Black.

As we can see in the picture, the Redmi K20 will have a quite different design than the Xiaomi flagship presented at the end of February, the Xiaomi Mi 9. The top of the Redmi range has in fact the three cameras positioned vertically in the central part of the back cover, with the primary sensor independent of the other two. We note, however, that Redmi also decided to add a luminous ring around the camera.
In addition to the positioning of the cameras we see no particular change, except the "Redmi" logo followed by "Designed by Xiaomi" on the back.
Apart from the design, which we appreciate in any case because it is quite different from both the Xiaomi flagships and the various Redmi segment killer, the strength of Redmi K20 will be the top of the range hardware accompanied by an ultra competitive price.
Among the specifications confirmed to date we have in fact the most powerful mobile processor on the market, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855, a quality AMOLED screen, a fingerprint sensor under the seventh generation display, a front camera with a pop-up mechanism and a Sony IMX586 optical sensor from 48MP.
The latter will then probably be coupled to a second 8MP camera with telephoto lens and a third one by 13MP with ultra wide angle lens.
Finally, among the already confirmed specifications we also have the presence of the 3.5mm audio jack, an NFC module and an 4000mAh battery.
