A couple of days ago, to be precise on March 24, we saw the presentation of the Redmi K30 Pro and K30 Pro Zoom. As we well know, the two smartphones arrive with flagship specifications and an excellent quality / price ratio, at least in China.
Redmi K30 Pro Zoom: Coming soon with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage
In fact, we have the basic variant of Redmi K30 Pro at around 2999 Yuan (about € 391), while the Redmi K30 Pro Zoom can cost up to 3999 Yuan (€ 521) for the version with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal memory. Well, apparently Chinese users would have found evidence of the existence of a variant with 12GB of RAM and 521GB of internal memory. This version should go on sale on the official Xiaomi store on the JingDong platform (image above). The new variant with this huge amount of internal memory will clearly be available only for the more premium K30 Pro Zoom and should cost 4499 Yuan, or about 575 euros at the current exchange rate.
The other features will remain identical to those seen at the official presentation. We are therefore talking about a 6.67-inch diagonal AMOLED display produced by Samsung with a brightness of 800 nit and a peak of 1200 nit, a high contrast at 5000000: 1, support for HDR10 + content and the TÜV Rheinland certification to lighten the load on the eyes.
The smartphone adopts a 64MP main camera, Sony IMX686 sensor with OIS (optical stabilization), focal aperture of f / 1.79 and 1.6um pixels; then we have a telephoto camera with 30x zoom, a depth of field sensor and finally a 13MP ultra wide angle camera with a 123 degree field of view. For selfies, we find a 20MP front camera hidden inside a pop-up mechanism.
As for performance, the device equips the modern and high-performance Qualcomm Snapdragon 865, assisted by LPDDR5 type RAM and UFS 3.1 internal memory. Two technologies that improve performance and at the same time decrease consumption.
Finally, the smartphone comes with a large 4700mAh battery, with fast charging that reaches a maximum power of 33W to recharge the device from 0 to 100% in only 63 minutes. Among other specifications we have the Bluetooth version 5.1, dual-frequency GPS with the addition of a barometer for more precise navigation, multifunctional NFC, 3.5mm audio jack and infrared ray emitter to be able to control all those non-smart products in around the house (TV, air conditioning etc ..).
