Xiaomi, or to be precise, the Wiha sub-brand has just presented one of those gadgets that we didn't know we wanted but that from today we can not do anything but wait for its availability from Chinese stores such as Banggood or Gearbest. What is it about? Well as you may have already guessed from the title we are dealing with the Wiha 3 in 1 Multifunction Flashlight, that is a multifunction flashlight with three functions, including that of LED flashlight, laser pointer and UV lamp, but not only. The torch is now in the crowdfunding campaign on the official Xiaomi Youpin website at the price of 249 Yuan, around 30 euros at the current exchange rate.

The Wiha 3 in 1 Multifunction Flashlight comes with a cold LED light and two intensities, in particular we can set it to 100 lumens or 310 lumens. At the highest intensity a maximum range of 65 meters can be achieved to meet different lighting needs. Everything is powered by three AAA batteries for a total weight of 252 grams and there is also the IP4X certification for waterproofing.
The multifunctional torch then adopts powerful magnets on the bottom, so that it can be positioned on different iron surfaces and for example illuminate your work surface. But the most interesting feature is perhaps the one that allows us to rotate the lamp holder with a maximum angle of 180 degrees. The total length of the torch is 152mm with the lamp holder in vertical position and we have a diameter of 30mm; while after turning the lamp holder 180 °, the length drops to 125,7mm and the width increases to 54,3mm.
In addition to the flashlight function, the Wiha 3 in 1 Multifunction Flashlight can also be used as an infrared laser pointer. This can be useful when you want to position something in a precise way, such as installing a ceiling light; we will be able to place the torch on the floor and have a precise point on the ceiling in which to work. Of course you can also use it to play with cats and dogs if you want.
As for the UV lamp, the flashlight can be used to identify signs with fluorescent colors, identify possible pet dermatophytosis and so on.
Finally, Wiha's multifunctional flashlight is built in a high-strength metal alloy, to be able to break vehicle windows in case of need and is equipped with a belt clip.
