Xiaomi has today decided to fill our homes with Mijia appliances dedicated to "cleaning". Xiaomi Mijia Washing Machine 1F and Mijia Fan A1 150 presented in China
Let's go first to see the Xiaomi Mijia Washing Machine 1F washing machine, which as the name suggests, is not an entirely new product but an upgrade over the Mijia washing machine presented at the beginning of the year.
The washing machine has the 510mm centrifuge diameter with an internal volume of 75,5 liters as strengths, then we have a BLDC motor for drying up to 1400 revolutions per minute, an efficiency of 1 class (according to Chinese standards), a panel completely touch and a three-in-one vibration absorption system.
But the most interesting function is perhaps the one that allows us to wash the clothes at 95 degrees centigrade and then disinfect them almost completely. Furthermore we will not have to worry about foam production as an internal sensor is able to keep it under control and avoid spills.
The washing machine can then precisely control the water level, dry the garments efficiently, clean the filter independently and has different cleaning modes.
The dimensions of the Xiaomi Mijia Washing Machine 1F with maximum capacity of 10Kg are of 595 (width) x 660 (depth) x 850 mm (height) and will be available only in white color.
Mijia's washing machine is now in presale in China at the 1499 Yuan figure, or on the 190 euros at current exchange rates, while shipments will begin on November 24.
We now move on to the other appliance presented today, also with the task of "cleaning" inside the house, but this time we are talking about air. The Mijia Fan A1 150 is in fact the new air purifier presented by the Chinese giant on its official website.
The Mijia Fan A1 150 is a cheaper version of the Mijia Fan released about a year ago. The new purifier has in fact a halved flow compared to its big brother, managing to purify 150 cubic meters of air per hour instead of 300, so enough for small apartments (less than 53 square meters).
From the component point of view, the Mijia purifier uses a high efficiency H13 HEPA filter supported by a Merv12 filter. We also have a net to stop the entry of mosquitoes, hair or large dirt.
The internal motor is instead of brushless type with a consumption of about 1kWh per day after a test of eight consecutive days. We can also choose whether to activate the heating mode so as to receive warm air as well as clean.
Finally, with regards to the purification itself, the Xiaomi laboratories measured a 98% decrease in PM2,5, 82% formaldehyde values (in an hour) and 80% carbon dioxide reduction in 90 minutes.
The Mijia Fan A1 150 is in presale in China at the figure of 1599 Yuan, around 200 euros. As always we remember that these are prices for the Chinese market that will see price increases once they are sold by third-party stores.
