In this article last week we told you how Lin Bin, co-founder and president of Xiaomi, has announced a new one Guinness World Record that concerned the last device presented, or the Mi Play. It was not really a simple declaration, but one real mammoth work that ended after hours and hours of work: we are talking the 1008 technology tree of Xiaomi Mi Play units, which meant that the company of Lei Jun reached a new Guinness World Record, surpassing the previous one of 504 devices.

Xiaomi Mi Play establishes a new Guinness World Record
It is not simply a question Christmas tree but above all of one animated mosaic: indeed after well 12 hours of work (from the 4.00 in the morning to the 16.00 in the afternoon), one was built real collage of Mi Play connected to each other for a total height of 7.9 meters. A mammoth work not only from the point of view of greatness, but also from the technical point of view: oh yes, because the greater difficulties they were there when the technicians had to synchronize all the devices with each other up to form a sort of big screen in the shape of a Christmas tree. syncing, after the 12 hours of work, it happened at 100% (and a bit 'the record is also in this) without having registered not even a very small delay among the devices positioned in the highest and lowest part of the work. Considering the just beaten record of 504 devices, this new victory of Xiaomi has not really precedent and Lei Jun really expressed satisfaction, also wishing a Merry Christmas to all users.

What to say, now we are a bit 'used to big presentations of Xiaomi: think of that of the Mi Mix 3 in the Forbidden City or what will happen shortly (at least we hope) of the new Forbidden Edition headphones. Despite this, Lei Jun never ceases to amaze us and we are always happy to attend these events, albeit deferred. What do you expect from the next presentation? Let us know in the comments!
