The well-known company ZTE Mobile just officially announced that it will hold its ZTE Industry Terminal Forum and Spring New Product Launch Conference at 13:30 on 12th April. A variety of new products will be released at the conference scheduled for next week, including new ZTE Axon 50 Ultra.
ZTE Axon 50 Ultra has a launch date: it will be the first smartphone with "secure satellite communication"
According to Chinese media reports, the highlight of the ZTE Axon 50 Ultra will be the support for satellite short messages and will also be the industry's first 5G secure satellite communications phone.
It can be seen from the poster released by the brand that the new phone does not continue the full-screen design of the previous generation and there is no longer the camera under the screen. Instead, it adopts a curved screen with a hole in the center. The top and bottom edges are extremely narrow and the screen-to-body ratio feels very tall.
According to the leaks of the previous weeks, the next one ZTE Axon 50 Ultra will be equipped with a new generation Qualcomm processor, namely the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 flagship chip. This chipset adopts TSMC's advanced 4nm manufacturing process and its score has reached 1,3 million on the well-known AnTuTu benchmarking platform.
In terms of battery life, the new phone will have one 5500mAh large capacity battery and will be equipped with 135W wired fast charging therefore one of the fastest refills on the market.
Recall that its predecessor, the ZTE Axon 40 Ultra, uses a 6,8-inch full screen and is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen1 processor. For photos, the smartphone adopts three 64MP rear cameras, in particular we have a main camera with a 787MP Sony IMX64 sensor and OIS optical stabilization, an ultra wide camera (Sony IMX787 sensor) and a telephoto sensor (Sony IMX787) . Lastly, the device comes with a 5000mAh battery and supports 80W fast charging.
